In April 1967, I started my insurance career as a file clerk for an insurance company. Throughout my career, I have worked in both personal and commercial lines, as well as in claims on both the company and retail side. I have continued with insurance education and have both ACSR & CISR designations. My outside interests include scrapbooking and card making and I also love to travel. My dream destination is Australia.
